How much time do I need during the week?
As much or as little as you have. Async means the week fits around your life — school runs, client days, naptimes. It works best when you can react to things the same day-ish, but there are no scheduled anythings.
What will we actually work on?
Your week is anchored to the one offer that you want to be known for. The offer you that should be selling better, the messaging that isn't landing, the idea you want to shape into something real. And if fixing that one thing means we end up renaming it, pricing it, and rewriting your bio too?? Very normal. We follow the work.
What if something comes up and I need to move my week?
Life happens!! You get one free reschedule with at least 7 days' notice. Inside 7 days, message me and we'll figure it out like adults.
When does the second payment come out?
One month after the first, automatically. Nothing for you to remember.
What's your refund policy?
Plans change, I get it!! Cancel 7+ days before your scheduled week and I'll refund you in full, minus a $50 fee (to cover payment processing fees). Inside 7 days, or once your week starts, there are no refunds… but you've always got that one free reschedule.

Client may cancel with at least seven (7) calendar days' written notice before the scheduled week begins and receive a refund of all amounts paid, less a fifty US dollar ($50 USD) administrative fee to cover non-recoverable payment processing costs.
Because the Service reserves an exclusive week of Consultant's calendar and preparation begins upon receipt of intake materials, no refunds are issued within seven (7) days of the scheduled start date or once the week has begun, including where Client chooses not to participate during the scheduled week. Client's one free reschedule (Section 3 of Terms of Service) remains available as an alternative to cancellation.
